The Supervisory Board is the BVB’s highest level management body. It bears ultimate responsibility for the business, and subject to the powers of the State Council and the Grand Council, it has a variety of non-transferable, irrevocable overall duties of management, supervision and inspection.
Executive Management takes all important operational decisions and approves the necessary policies and procedures. All necessary measures will be taken by it to achieve the company’s objectives, implement the Board of Directors’ decisions and abide by the approved budget.
