Have you lost something on one of our trams or buses? You may be lucky and find somebody has handed the item in to us, or one of our staff members has found it.
Reporting lost property
If you discover the loss within one working day, please contact our Customer Centre at Barfüsserplatz directly (061 685 14 14 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00) or at: email@example.com).
If you only discover the loss after two or more working days, please contact our partner lost property offices directly:
- Lost in a tram or bus: Lost Property Service SBB
- Property lost in a public place: Basel City Canton Lost Property Office
- Online (free)
If your lost item is found, you will be notified by SMS, e-mail or letter and can pick it up for a fee at our Customer Centre on Barfüsserplatz, at Basel SBB railway station or at the canton of Basel-City’s Lost Property Office.
