Traveling without a valid ticket is unfair. For this reason, BVB employees are on the road around the clock to check the tickets of our passengers. If you travel without a valid ticket, you pay a corresponding surcharge. You will find an overview of fees and surcharges in the general tarif provisions of the TNW (page 63, only in german).
